We guarantee most items for return and refund within a 30-day period. The product must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original materials. It is imperative that the item is sent back in the same packaging it arrived in to prevent damage. We cannot accept returns of items that have been installed, used, or are not in a condition to be resold as new.

Initiating a return is simple. Access the “Returns” portal on our website, enter your order number and email address, and select the items you wish to return. You will then be able to print a return shipping label. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We are not liable for items damaged or lost in return transit.

When your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the status via email within 72 hours. Upon approval, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original credit card or payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company sufficient time to post the credit to your account.
